The 24th European Corporate Governance Conference was organised under the Finland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The participants had the chance to discuss the role of company law and corporate governance in the actions against climate change and other related global ecological threats.
The objective was to provide for a policy discussion that covers both the legal and the economic and environmental aspects and consequences of possible action.
